This policy covers product information, enquiries and after-sales support on www.teska.com. The site does not process online payments or offer user accounts. Separate domains, social networks and dealer platforms operate their own processes. This policy is not a declaration of consent or a general waiver of your rights. Detailed notices applicable when data is collected are available in our Personal Data Protection Centre.
2. Information we collect
When you send an enquiry or service request, we process the identity, contact and request information you provide. Service requests also include product details, city/district, service address and optional product photos or videos. The source page, submission date and time, IP address and browser information are added to the request record. These forms do not ask for passwords, payment card details, identity documents or special-category personal data. CVs received through recruitment channels are covered by a separate candidate notice. Viewing the site does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise advertising tracking.
3. Use and sharing
Information is used on the applicable legal basis to answer your question, provide the service you request, prevent fraudulent or abusive submissions, meet legal obligations and protect rights. Request content and service attachments are not included in advertising conversion events. Social sharing icons connect to their respective platforms only when clicked; they do not automatically load social-network plug-ins.
Website hosting and corporate email services are provided in Türkiye. Your request is processed, to the extent required for the task, by relevant TESKA departments and hosting, email and technical support providers in Türkiye. Information is disclosed to competent public authorities and courts only to the extent legally required. Contracted service providers’ access is limited by their duties and confidentiality obligations.
Optional Google Analytics measurement may involve processing outside Türkiye, depending on your choice. Its purposes, recipients and preference controls are described in the Cookie Policy. Submitting a form does not constitute permission for analytics or advertising. For regular international transfers, the applicable conditions under Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) must be satisfied separately; cookie consent does not replace those conditions.
4. Your preferences
You can manage optional measurement preferences separately. Tools requiring consent do not start before a choice is made. Rejecting them does not prevent you from viewing products or sending a request. You can change your decision using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
The embedded map on the contact page connects to Google when the page opens. The YouTube player loads when you click a play button. These connections may allow the provider to process IP and device information. You can also open the map on the provider’s own site. The provider’s practices apply there; TESKA’s own obligations remain.
5. Security and retention
Task-based access, secure transmission, server-side validation and file type/size checks are used to reduce unauthorised access. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for internet communication. Please notify TESKA if you suspect a security incident or data sent to an incorrect recipient. This statement does not remove the company’s obligation to take appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Records needed to assess and resolve a request are retained while the relevant purpose continues. Further retention after a transaction is completed is assessed against an applicable legal obligation or the need to establish, exercise or defend a specific right. The same retention period is not automatically applied to every message and attachment. Unnecessary copies, irrelevant attachments and records whose purpose has ended enter a deletion, destruction or anonymisation process. Access to records retained for an ongoing dispute is restricted.
Specific cookie and preference-record periods are stated in the Cookie Policy. You may use the personal data request channels to ask about the retention criteria applicable to your records.
6. Rights and updates
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; and learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, and notification of these actions to third parties to whom the data was transferred. You may object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Request channels and time limits are explained on the Data Subject Request page. Withdrawal of consent does not retroactively invalidate processing lawfully carried out on the basis of that consent before withdrawal.
When processing purposes or tools change, the relevant notice is updated. A new use requiring fresh consent does not start automatically on the basis of an earlier choice. The update date and version appear above.
