This site presents TESKA products and receives information/support requests. Viewing a product page or submitting a form does not, by itself, form a sales contract. Written quotations, order confirmations and applicable sales/warranty documents are considered within their own scope.
2. Product information and technical use
The appearance of colours and finishes in product images may vary with the display, lighting and photography. Use the product’s current technical document and authorised installation/service guidance for dimensions, connections and installation requirements. You may confirm the product code and finish before ordering. TESKA may update information for product development or correction of obvious errors. This does not authorise retroactive changes to an existing order or acquired consumer rights. Mandatory product-safety, defective-goods, warranty and after-sales responsibilities remain.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
Rights in the TESKA brand, logos, product designs, photographs, drawings and original content belong to the relevant right holders. Subject to statutory exceptions and expressly granted permissions, commercial reproduction, misleading brand use or unauthorised republication requires permission. Lawful personal/project evaluation of product information is not prevented. References to third-party brands do not imply agency, partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.
4. Acceptable use
Unauthorised access, bypassing access controls, uploading harmful files, submitting misleading requests in another person’s name, automated requests that disrupt the service and content infringing others’ rights are prohibited. In response to actual misuse, TESKA may take proportionate technical measures and share legally necessary records with competent authorities. This does not limit legitimate rights requests, criticism or legal remedies.
5. External links and responsibility
External links make information easier to access. Third-party pages and transactions are the responsibility of their providers; this statement does not exclude conduct for which TESKA is legally responsible. Absolute continuity or permanently error-free information is not guaranteed. Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal data protection, product safety or mandatory consumer provisions is not removed. These terms do not contain a general waiver of users’ evidential, complaint, compensation or judicial rights.
6. Applicable law and updates
Applicable provisions of Turkish law apply, subject to mandatory private international law and consumer protection rules. Courts and consumer arbitration boards legally available to consumers are not restricted by this notice. The current version/date is shown above. Updating content does not create new contractual acceptance for past transactions.
