How do I choose the right faucet for my basin?
Start with the basin type and installation method. Compare standard, vessel and concealed basin collections, and check the dimensions on the product page against your installation space. Explore the basin collection.
Where can I explore kitchen sink faucets?
The kitchen sink faucet category lists models, product codes and finishes. Each product page includes images and available technical information. Explore the kitchen collection.
How can I see the other colours and finishes?
The Finish options section lists the available finishes for that model. Selecting a finish opens its product page and product code. Available options are specific to each model.
Where can I find the product code?
The product code appears below the product name. Use the copy icon beside it to copy the code. Include it in enquiries or service requests to help us identify the correct model.
How can I access technical drawings?
Where a drawing is available, use the View the technical drawing link or the drawing section on the product page. You can enlarge or download it. For further technical information, contact the TESKA team.
Can I view full-size product images?
Yes. Click a product image to open the gallery. Use the arrows to browse, zoom to inspect details, or choose Original to open the full-size file. Technical drawings are displayed separately from product photography.

What information is needed for a service request?
Provide your contact details, product name or code, city and address. Describe the issue in the request field. Photos or videos showing the product and problem can help our team assess it. Create a service request.
Can I attach photos or videos to a service request?
Yes. You can attach up to three JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4 or MOV files, with a combined maximum size of 10 MB. You can review the selected files and remove them before sending.
How can I find a TESKA point of sale?
On the Points of Sale page, choose a city or search for a store by name. Results include addresses, phone numbers and a directions link. For availability outside Türkiye, contact our export team. Find points of sale.
