2. Permission and message content
Except where an applicable exemption applies, prior separate permission is obtained to send commercial email about TESKA products, new collections, events and campaigns. The permission identifies the sender, channel and scope. Contact or service requests do not replace this permission, and service is not conditional on marketing consent. For subscription purposes, the email address, permission scope, text version, consent/withdrawal time and limited evidence records are processed. Marketing relies on KVKK Article 5(1); managing and demonstrating permission/withdrawal relies on applicable legal obligations and protection of rights.
3. Withdrawal, IYS and retention
Every commercial email must provide a free and easy way to withdraw or unsubscribe. You may also notify info@teska.com.tr that you no longer wish to receive marketing. Withdrawal is implemented within the statutory period. Requested service/transaction messages are distinguished from advertising. Applicable registration, checking and withdrawal obligations under the Turkish Message Management System (IYS) are fulfilled.
Ticking a box alone does not verify email ownership; verification and permission evidence are handled separately. Consent/withdrawal records are retained with limited access for the applicable legal evidence period. A suppression list helps prevent further unwanted messages. This website does not automatically add an address to a campaign list before email verification, permission recording and withdrawal management are complete. A newsletter enquiry through a general contact channel does not itself constitute permission.
4. Recipients and rights
Website hosting and corporate email services are provided in Türkiye. Your request is processed, to the extent required for the task, by relevant TESKA departments and hosting, email and technical support providers in Türkiye. Information is disclosed to competent public authorities and courts only to the extent legally required. Contracted service providers’ access is limited by their duties and confidentiality obligations.
Optional Google Analytics measurement may involve processing outside Türkiye, depending on your choice. Its purposes, recipients and preference controls are described in the Cookie Policy. Submitting a form does not constitute permission for analytics or advertising. For regular international transfers, the applicable conditions under Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) must be satisfied separately; cookie consent does not replace those conditions.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; and learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, and notification of these actions to third parties to whom the data was transferred. You may object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Request channels and time limits are explained on the Data Subject Request page. Withdrawal of consent does not retroactively invalidate processing lawfully carried out on the basis of that consent before withdrawal.
