Teska aims to recruit talented people who are compatible with the company’s goals and culture in order to achieve quality targets. The human resources department evaluates all applications and directs candidates with suitable resumes for open positions to the relevant unit representative for a job interview.

All applications made to Teska are kept in the human resources archive for 1 year for probable future needs.
